Many of my Dragon Fruit plants have flower buds at this time of year. Some are Voodoo Child, Haley’s Comet, Physical Graffiti, Dark Star and Delight. However, the first to produce a flower was Purple Haze. When the flower opened it had very little pollen. Since it was the first to flower, I did not have any pollen on hand from other plants to cross pollenate it. The flower will likely fail due to this, but as of today so far so good. The flower opened at 9PM and a self-pollination attempt was done. I then attempted a second pollination attempt at 5AM the following morning. Each time the flower had little and any pollen.
