Shipping and Handling Time
We will attempt to reach out to you if we experience any delays using your Paypal information. We can not control shipment times after we ship. We ship USPS with a delivery confirmation number which can be used to track your order. Currently, International Shipping is not available. FREE local pickup is available, just contact us for a visit. FREE shipping is also available on orders in all 50 states, US and Purto Rico when you purchase 5 or more varieties.
Returns and Refunds
After receiving your plants, you have fourteen (14) days to contact us for returns if you are not 100% satisfied. Buyer pays return shipping cost and all refunds will be given after the return is received. If your package gets get lost or damaged during shipment we can file a claim on your behalf. We will need you to send us pictures of your damaged package and keep the damaged contents and packaging in the event USPS needs to inspect. Claims are usually settled within 3 weeks. Once settled a full refund will be given. All refunds will be given from Paypal.
Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam and trash folders. Please feel free to let me know how you feel about your order. Also, you can rate each variety by clicking on each variety and choose customer reviews, then add your review. This lets the world know your experiace with that variety.
