We will attempt to reach out to you if we experience any delays. We can not control shipment times after we ship. We ship USPS with a delivery confirmation number, which can be used to track your order. Spicy Exotics currently only ships to all USA addresses and territories (Excluding Guam). This means no international shipping at this time. We hope to have international shipping sometime mid to late fall 2021.

Each order from our website will include your invoice at check out (before any discounts), a variety of initial translations, growing instructions, a business card, and a certified nursery tag. If your ordering from California we will also include a permit with your order. No other additional forms will be included, such as a phytosanitary certificate. FREE local pickup is available for all Louisiana zip codes. Just book an appointment on our calendar from our contact page to pick up your order. FREE shipping is also available on orders in all 50 states, US, and US Territories when you purchase five or more cuttings.

returnReturns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

After receiving your plants, you have fourteen (14) days to contact Spicy Exotics for returns if you are not 100% satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, and in the same condition, you received it and must be in the original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping costs, and all refunds will be given after the return is received. If your package gets lost or damaged during shipment, Spicy Exotics can file a claim on your behalf. We ask that you take pictures of the damaged areas, including boxes and plants. Keep the box as it is a requirement by USPS to bring it to your local postmaster for inspection. To get started Contact Us, and we will take it from there. Claims are usually settled within three weeks. Once approved by USPS, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be processed to your order payment method.


Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam and trash folders.
