We will attempt to reach out to you if we experience any delays. We can not control shipment times after we ship. We ship USPS with a delivery confirmation number, which can be used to track your order. Spicy Exotics currently only ships to all USA addresses and territories (Excluding Guam). This means no international shipping at this time. We hope to have international shipping sometime mid to late summer 2021.

Each order from our website will include your invoice at check out (before any discounts), a variety of initial translations, growing instructions, a business card, and a certified nursery tag. No additional forms will be included, such as a phytosanitary certificate. FREE local pickup is available for all Louisiana zip codes. Just Contact Us for a visit. FREE shipping is also available on orders in all 50 states, US, and US Territories when you purchase five or more cuttings.

returnReturns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

After receiving your plants, you have fourteen (14) days to contact Spicy Exotics for returns if you are not 100% satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, and must be in the original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping costs, and all refunds will be given after the return is received. If your package gets lost or damaged during shipment, Spicy Exotics can file a claim on your behalf. Take pictures of the damaged areas, including boxes and plants. Keep the box as it may be required by USPS to bring it to your local postmaster for inspection. Contact Us, and we will take it from there. Claims are usually settled within three weeks. Once decided, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be processed to your order payment method.


Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam and trash folders. Feel free to let me know how you feel about your order. Also, you can rate each variety by clicking on each variety and choose customer reviews, then add your review. This lets the world know about your experience with that variety.
