Seoul Kitchen is a hybrid variety from the genus Hylocereus. The fruit is a medium to large fruit typically weighing 1. to 1.5 pounds. The pulp is smooth and is excellent when chilled and eaten out of hand. This variety is self-pollinating and it will set fruit without hand pollination. Of the white flesh varieties, this has the least earthly taste or aftertaste. This variety was acquired from a tropical nursery in California.
